EXCHANGES/ RETURN POLICY

Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective non-sale merchandise may be returned within 21 days from the purchase date. All items must have tags attached and be in good condition. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a registered postal service to return orders, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. Please note that we can only process returns of items purchased directly from our website, kyliepaige.com. For purchases made at other online or brick & mortar stores, please contact the retailer that you purchased from.

REFUND & EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are processed as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our team can help you find another item you may love. Please note that for refunds your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Normal processing time is 5-7 business days.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email returns@shopkyliepaige.com to request a return authorization #. Please include order #, reason for return, size, color, and your contact information in your request. Please note that your return request must be approved first before you ship the item back to us. Once the return request has been approved please include the return authorization form inside the package that is being returned. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time we cannot accommodate international returns or exchanges and all items will be FINAL SALE. However, if your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please provide images and email returns@shopkyliepaige.com

FINAL SALE

All sale Items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our orders to the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and most international countries. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 2-4 weeks. Please note that we are made in USA, so our lead time can be a little longer than usual. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery is 5-8 business days. Our transit times are based on USPS or UPS posted delivery dates and cannot guarantee the receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues out of our control.

We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered by the carrier. If you would like to require a signature for your delivery, or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

We offer free shipping on $100+ orders that are shipped within the continental United States only. For all other orders, including international orders the customer will be charged a set fee at checkout.
